Hammock lane currently leverages several booking platforms to market your STR. These platforms enable a STR owner to maximize their profitability while offering substantial damage protection coverage. We strive to keep evolving and remain open to alternate booking options including competing booking platforms and private realtor commissions to best suit your needs. We love Florida and understand that you may wish to visit its sunny weather; staying in your STR home for the weekend or even the season. While we do accept bookings at discretion up to a year in advance we encourage owners to block dates that they wish to utilize their home for personal stays as often as desired and well in advance via written email contact with Hammock Lane. o Oversight of tenant compliance to booking agreement including occupancy rates, pet allowance, and event hosting

o Emergency servicing of malfunctioning items within the home requiring in person help and/or professional intervention

o Quarterly re-stocking of home surplus necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap etc.

Management and Caring For Your Home

Leaving your home better than we found it is our number one goal. Our management agreement provides the following services to ease your mind in the care of your home.

o Coordination of handyman services for maintenance items, or in case of emergency

o Monthly HVAC filter change

o Monthly Water Filtration system checks if applicable

o Light bulbs changes

o Battery changes

o Coordinating with your hired Landscaping crew

o Obtaining and coordinating with deep cleaning crews for carpet cleaning, power washing and more

o Owner property consolidation to Owner’s ‘closet’ or storage area and redistribution upon request once a year within reason

Financial Reporting & Recommendations

Our goal is to enable homeowners to turn their homes into Short Term Rental passive income. Utilizing Hammock Lane as your management consultant, you will see the income the first week of every month via check or ACH transfer with the added bonus of having an appointed and comfortable place to call home while staying in Ocala!
